Transportation of oversized cargo

We think that there are four components of success transportation of oversized cargo:

A responsible driver
A proper agreement of cargo with State Traffic Safety Inspectorate in the form of permission and/or support
Cargo insurance at a competent insurance company

Oversized cargos are usually expensive: bulldozers and excavators, tractors and pipelayers, crushers and shaker riddle graders, power stations and welding machines, harvesters and forwarders, silos and containers. But resist the charms of good signs until you check the ownership of the truck and semi-trailer by your communication channels. Fraudsters, in order to lull your vigilance, send certificates of vehicle registration, changing the real owner for the very “Horns and hoofs”, with which you have the contract for carriage. In case of theft of cargo, you become a victim of fraud. However, the cost of your insurance will be reimbursed only by those insurance companies whose contracts do not contain any paragraphs on the ownership of the freight semi-trailer by the final carrier.

These are scary stories about the transportation of oversized and heavy cargo. Such stories are extremely rare: in general, they occur in case of loop of vigilance, negligent attitude or chase of mythically low prices. Compliance with the rules of transport management must be as rigorous as and compliance with the traffic rules. Only then will your special equipment will serve long and will generate profits.
